natalie Title: Salon Director Hours: Tuesday to Sunday! I have been in hairdressing for 15 years. I opened ISSI in 2006 and it has gone from strength to strength. Working with such a friendly team like we have at ISSI is challenging yet fun. All the team are fab! We laugh, we cry, sometimes all in one day! We have a great customer focus at ISSI, this is something that I feel passionate about. I work closely with my team to enhance their creative skills to not just provide the best service possible for our clients but to make their time at ISSI as fulfilling as possible. As well as working hard I enjoy keeping fit, I particularly enjoy yoga and look forward to visiting a yoga retreat later on this year in Goa |

louise Title: Senior Stylist and Colour Specialist Hours: I am in the salon Tuesday's, Wednesday's, Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's I have worked for ISSI for nearly 3 years, due to this I have a large regular client following .It is also great when I meet new clients who hopefully I can turn into regulars .I take a lot of pride in my work and have a great job satisfaction everyday. I am very loyal and committed to both the salon and my clients. My main love in hairdressing is colour. I have completed the L’Oreal colour specialist’s degree and this enables me to achieve amazing results time after time . This summer I married my childhood love , Marc . We had a fantastic wedding and honeymoon .We love spending time together dining out . What I love most about my day is Star bucking with Natalie. |

becky Title: Senior Stylist and Hair-up Specialist Hours: I am in the salon- Tuesday's, Fridays and alternate Saturdays and Sundays I have been working for the ISSI team since the salon opened in 2006. I have been hairdressing for 13 years .Seeing different clients and creating different hairstyles is what I love most about my job. I recently got appointed hair-up specialist , I love the feeling of joining in with the final preparations of an evening out or wedding day, and seeing a look come together on what is the most special day of a girls life. I actually look forward to coming to work everyday. No day is ever the same ! Outside of the salon I enjoy spending time with my son Teddy , socializing with friends and looking for Mr. right ! |

jo Title: Stylist and Colour technician Hours: I am in the salon- Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays I am the new addition to the ISSI team .I love my job and I have always had a passion for hair, as I love making people look and feel good about themselves. All the girls are fantastic and have made me feel so welcome. I am currently a stylist and colour technician within the salon. My aim now is to grow my clientele and be busy everyday. Outside of the salon I enjoy socializing and am often out and about in Hertford ! |

kirsty Title: Trainee Stylist Hours: I am in the salon Tuesday to Friday I have been training with ISSI since March 2009, I am at college studying for my NVQ level 2 in hairdressing. I have always had a natural flair for hair styling and I know I will be given the encouragement and support to train successfully. I feel so fortunate to have been given such a great opportunity to train and work at such a successful salon. I particularly enjoy hair up and have already worked closely with the girls on wedding and evening events . I enjoy spending my weekends with my long-term boyfriend Richie . emma Title: Make-up artist Hours: I am in the salon Thursdays and Saturdays I love my job , I wish everyday was a Saturday ! I specialize in make-up . I enjoy meeting new people and working closely to enhance their looks and ensure they feel their best. At ISSI we work well as a team and have become well know for our hair and makeup transformations . Our wedding packages have been a great success not only for the clients but also us . Other than makeup I'm a fun, happy girl... a bit random... haha! I enjoy all music - totally rock 'n' roll. Big Johnny Depp fan... and loves a beer/ wine... |

rachel Title: Operations Director Hours: Various! I enjoy my job as every day is a challenge and no two days are the same. My job allows me to do so much, from caring for the well being of clients and assessing their individual needs, ordering stock, assisting clients with their purchases, promoting services available through out the salon and much, much more. I work closely organizing admin and accounts to ensure Natalie can concentrate on the running of her business. After my busy day I love spending time with my beautiful family. |
